Interactive Lot Technologies (ILT) offers two main types of vehicle fleet inventory management systems, based on RFID and GPS technologies.
ILT RFID REAL TIME INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ILT RFID car inventory management systems are based on long range Active RFID tags and readers. The system provides Real Time zoned car location for all inventories identified with RFID tags. System also allows for car usage tracking and employee tracking. All lots where cars can be parked are divided into tracking Zones. Each tracking zone is serviced by a dedicated Active RFID reader. The size of each Zone can be electronically set to be as small as one car parking location or cover the territory as large as 150.000 sf with up to 100 cars parked on it. All cars are identified with Active RFID tags. Employees may be provided with key fob type Active RFID tag to identify authorized/unauthorized inventory use.
ILT GPS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ILT GPS car inventory management systems are based on custom designed GPS equipped Wi-Fi bar code scanner and bar code labels. System provides an ability to manage large territories, where cars are parked and processed through various operations, without a need to install large hardware infrastructure. At the time the car is brought into inventory and stocked-in, the bar code label is printed and attached to the windshield. ILT VEHICLE FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
By collecting Real Time inventory use and location information, the systems provide an ability to compile inventory management reports and statistics as well as send automatic e-mails, text messages or operate security equipment (lift gates or video cameras). Systems can be integrated with legacy software to allow automatic inventory downloads and data exchange. ILT systems are Web based and allow interconnecting multiple inventory parking or storage facilities information. The data can also be securely accessed from any Internet enabled PC or Smartphone. ILT systems are very scalable and can be easily installed over large or small facilities. Systems can be dynamically electronically configured to service appropriate territories.
